William C. Dvorak graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law in 1983. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Systems from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to becoming an attorney he spent seven years as a Navy pilot. He is a licensed commercial pilot and is type rated in the DC-9. He is a member of the Litigation, Family Law, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Texas State Bar. He was a municipal court judge for ten years.
